After some thought and some great responses, I have decided to drop the name change idea. We will remain The Conservative Files.

I would like to welcome Jon Fox, president of the Illinois College Republicans to our team.

Name Change?

Well, I thought about changing the name and address of this site to "The Thorn" at http://thethorn.blogspot.com, but alas, that URL is already taken so what I would like to know is, should I change the name and address of The Conservative Files, and, if so what would be a good alternate name? Plus, thanks to everyone for helping us to get to the 200-hit level. Also, I know many of you are probably waiting to see posts beyond these short intro. messages, please continue to be patient as this is a work in progress. I hope to get over my writer's block and put something up soon, please let me know of stories or ideas you would like to see covered.
